I'm high. Trying to watch this. Makes so little sense! Lol.
This hit a nerve with me, so I had to pause the vid and blog before continuing.

I'm sorry all that shit is going on in your life, but you know what? Your tie dye is amazing.
I'm in the planning phases of a social experiment which will utilize muh tie dye, based on what happened here : http://www.upworthy.com/the-one-word-you-can-t-put-on-your-package-if-you-want-it-delivered-on-time
Except it'll be tie dye, and 4 packages. A control, Atheist, Christian and Muslim. I want to see how strong the bias is when it comes to something simple like the mail. Ideally all four packages will arrive same day. Reality? Oh, I want to know.
And all that shit just serves as a character building exercise.
I've got an epic amount of character, btw.
🙂
I do auditions for theater, and have anxiety issues, so boy, it is such a big deal just getting myself to an appointment. I've taken advice from Kyle MacLachlan on Twin Peaks and taken to giving myself a piece of chocolate or something afterwards to remind myself that even if I don't get a job, it was a big deal that I went out and auditioned anyway.
To add to D-Rock's breathing thing, it can help to breathe out longer than you breathe in. That's one of the coping mechanisms I learned in therapy for my panic attacks, it's got something to do w the effect of flooding the blood w carbon dioxide. Just breathe in to the count of 10, and out to the count of 12.
