The Boss and The Girlfriend are in paperback!

Posted in Uncategorized

Well, at Amazon, at least! You can pick up the paperback of The Boss and The Girlfriend for $14.99 and hopefully WAAAAAY less shipping for your locale. They’re also available at Amazon Canada and Amazon UK. If anyone does buy, please let us know in the comments about shipping.

Paperbacks will also be available from other outlets, but from what I’m hearing from other authors, it usually takes a few weeks for them to appear at non-Amazon outlets. I’ll keep you posted!

  2. How exciting! Not only did I find these books on Amazon, but they listed a sale price of $13.40 each! Shipping? Depends on your shopping habits. If you are a “Prime member”, two day shipping is free. If you spend $35.00, basic shipping (3-5 days) is free. However, if you want only one book, basic shipping is $3.99. (That is the rate to my zip in Texas.) Two day shipping is almost as much as the book, so patients costs less. I recommend doing all your shopping at once and getting the free shipping and your merchandise in about a week. That is my favorite way to shop and I am a regular at Amazon.

  3. Congrats!

When I did creatspace for my first book, Farther Side of Away, it appeared in paperback on Amazon in about a week and then it took maybe just a few days more before it was Barnes and Noble.com. (Wish I had the numbers to convince them to put it in the store)

I do love to look at the amazon page and see the people trying to sell my book for $26! (when it’s only $12!) I think at one point someone was trying to sell it for $40! lol too bad they can’t buy it first and then try to resell it. At least on barnes&Noble.com, people are reselling it for cheaper. heh

I think my book ended up on Half-Price Books around the same time as it ended up on barnes & Noble.com. but it’s just being resold, I believe.

    ahh, fun times with self-publishing!

    Woohoo!

But I can’t find it on Amazon Canada (just the Kindle versions). Am I blind or could it just take a while to show up on other countries’ Amazons?

    • You’re not blind; I couldn’t find them on Amazon Canada either. It’s bit of a relief to know that they’re not there for someone else because I was wondering what I was searching for them not to show! Fingers crossed that they appear soon.

Still just seeing the Kindle editions. I’ve been searching Amazon Canada a couple of times a week, to no avail. 🙁

There’s a link when you do a search for feedback and it’s for search feedback, so you click “No” that you haven’t found what you’re looking for, choose a category that describes what you’re looking for (two seem to spring to mind to fit), so I’m just going to say that I heard that the books were meant to be available and I can’t find them yet. Perhaps worth a shot, might spearhead them into action a little quicker to get them listed?

    • It probably does take a few days longer. I think it took maybe another 5-7 days for my book to show up in some of the overseas sites. I don’t remember seeing it in the German Amazon until a week or so later. I’m sure it’ll show up soon!

The Boss is finally listed as a paperback on Amazon. The Girlfriend is “temporarily out of stock”. The Boss should ship within 6 weeks and both come in listed at $15.76. Hopefully The Girlfriend becomes available soon; I might just hold off ordering until I can get both, but it’s good to know that The Boss at least is now available.

      • GREAT! I’m so happy to hear that, though I’m not sure why they’d be temporarily out of stock. It’s THEIR print on demand company.

        Oh, Amazon. You’re so cray.

        WOOHOO!

Now to tell my mom. Yes, I’m asking my parents to buy me erotic novels for Christmas.

YES!!! I just ordered two copies of each – my sister and I LOVED The Boss – I got both of us an early Christmas present! 🙂 Can’t wait to read The Girlfriend.
