I&#8217;ve been talking about this non-stop on social media (at least it feels like I have been), but I&#8217;m up north this week with my awesome writer buddies. It&#8217;s part of our annual retreat to Gay, MI, where we stay in a cabin on the shores of beautiful Lake Superior and write without the distractions of telephone or internet. Indeed, it is a magical time. While I&#8217;m there, I&#8217;ll be working on the Neil and Sophie novella,\u00a0<em>The Stranger<\/em>. I originally announced it as\u00a0<em>The One Night Stand<\/em>, only to find that another author I know is putting out a book with the same title this summer. But that&#8217;s my project for my magical week away. It&#8217;s fitting, because we&#8217;re quite close to Sophie&#8217;s hometown of Calumet while we&#8217;re there!<\/p>\n<p>While I&#8217;m gone, expect a\u00a0<em>True Blood<\/em>\u00a0Tuesday post, and an recap of\u00a0<em>Grey.\u00a0<\/em>I&#8217;m scheduling those now.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hey everybody!
