This whole story line is just shit. At the same time, it was nice that the writers gave equally shitty events to the men. I was glad it wasn’t Tara being raped again. She found some peace and it was so beautiful even if it didn’t last.
Ugh… This season went so off the rails… with very few moments that are fun to watch. Even the amnesia gets weird when Eric acts like a toddler…
Hotshot is the worst idea the writers ever had (or how they chose to adapt it from the books,) and something I skip on every re-watch except for this one. I think it’s serious now when it happens, but they handle the aftermath in a very jokey way, almost in the “guys can’t get raped! They like sex!” sort of way, which sucks… since it would have been nice to see Jason deal with it in a real way… but that’s for future episodes. I think next week is the end of the actual rape, thankfully…
